I believe his point was that he spent weeks of effort and time to secure a deal, in which the client couldn't wait an additional two hours on the day of the deal. I don't find Adrian being arrogant but only speaking facts. Imagine working on a deal for weeks and the customer being unappreciative over a mere 2 hour delay.

See now this show is a classic example of why you guys are the best Grey market show on you tube. I got into watching Grey market because of the watches and watch deals, all these other shows always wanna put they're fancy cars or fancy dinners in and that really gets away from the whole concept of watches. Also, as far as the party thing, what about getting a bunch of watch dealers together and hosting like an IWJG event but for the general public, which most of us can't go to because we're not dealers, I think it would be great marketing on your end and you would make a lot of people happy maybe getting a good deal. Think about it, I think it's a great idea.

Adrian, did I miss something with your comment about meeting your client at 0:45? Adrian made an appointment with his "very important client", and Adrian is 2 hours late? How is this the client's fault? I always was taught to show up before the scheduled meeting time, not 2 hours late. Unless I misunderstood Adrian, why is Adrian's tine more valuable then the clients? A high end watch dealer is 2 hours late for a meeting with an important client is not a good look, unless I missed what Adrian was saying.
