hey I found an easy way to remove thumbsticks for the ps4 or Xbox 1 infinity, when you use the key to move the ring to the left,put the controller face down and the ring should easily fall out, when the ring falls off put your controller face up, hold your thumbstick and pull up

Wumbo EMR is unnecessary on PS4 controllers, you can just go to settings on your PS4 and change the button assignments (settings>accessibility>button assignments). If you change the button that the paddle is assigned to it changes the paddle to whatever button you select, for example, say the left paddle is assigned to X and you change X to O in settings the paddle will be reassigned to O
