The men we expect to be the winner don’t often finish strong and when one superstar is not available, another takes their place (In which case having Stacy Keibler instead of Beth Phoenix for a lack of a universe model for this match). While the 2010 rumble was known for some incredible surprises, it would be what would occur in this replay edition as we draw close to completing the final roster for the champion’s rumble. That year, it was Edge who would secure the victory against all the Raw, Smackdown, and even ECW superstars this match could throw at him. But instead, the winner would be the man Edge actually eliminated… Christopher Keith Irvine a.k.a. Chris Jericho… how would his career have been different had he won this rumble? Ironically enough, Chris Jericho would’ve been the reigning World Heavyweight Champion by the time WrestleMania came along and would still defeat Edge when he chose Jericho as his mania opponent. In a way, Chris Jericho would still be entering WrestleMania to some degree but then that would mean someone else would either be the champion, or he’d end up choosing another champion to fight. On one hand, he could’ve taken on Batista who would be the WWE Champion by then or he could’ve done the unthinkable and challenged for the ECW Championship, which was an option around that time. Either way you put it, champion or not, Chris Jericho would still have gone to WrestleMania because this is a man who screams headlines. But who was my MVP of this Replay 2010 rumble? Let’s get down to the numbers: Of the twenty nine men and one woman featured in this match, FIFTEEN competitors secured the most eliminations (Half the entire roster). The highest count reached up to ‘six’ eliminations, which is five points higher than the average ‘1’ elimination. I give the Golden MVP Award for ‘coolest’ performance to: Triple H Even though Triple H technically ‘won’ a match to enter the champions’ rumble this season, there was a moment where it appeared as though he could’ve won two rumbles to ultimately secure an advantage heading into the finals. Having him eliminated by Matt Hardy was definitely a shocker that took place during this match, but let it not be said that Triple H wasn’t on quite a roll after beating the Great Khali’s count. Although Triple H wasn’t in the best shape of his life during the actual event, let it not be said that the ‘Cerebral Assassin’ still didn’t have any fight in him. The Dull Participation Medal for the ‘lamest’ performance goes to: Dolph Ziggler Although tons of competitors suffered some poor performances during this video, ultimately being the first entrant to enter and then eliminated certainly didn’t bode well for Ziggler. Ironically, he was the second competitor eliminated during the actual rumble and so for him this is quite a downgrade compared to how he performed in this video. If Ziggler wants to hope for a spot in the upcoming champions’ finale, time is gravely not on his side at this point. Another big name enters the champion’s rumble as Chris Jericho prepares to join his fellow alumni into what is certain to be one of the biggest champions’ rumbles of this series. With a few additional spots left to go, we ask the following questions: Who did YOU want to win this rumble? If MVP hadn’t eliminated himself, could he have stood a chance of winning that year? Can this game manage to have ‘forty’ competitors competing for the 2011 replay or will that event be skipped entirely? And the biggest question of them all: Who’s next?

I can't seem to recall which WWE game it was, but it had a "Win a Stacy Kiebler vs. Great Khali singles match as Stacy" challenge, since that was the biggest mismatch possible with that game's roster. It was almost impossible to do without changing Khali's stats to nerf him into the ground. I'm reminded of that challenge when I see Great Khali and Stacy interacting here.

Man that was interesting, Michaels and Cena were eliminated early with that crazy elimination. I was hoping they would stay longer as it would make it more interesting and Triple H ruined it for a lot of guys in this one and he already punched his ticket. What are you going to do with the 40 Man? I remember you said you'll do Wrestling Empire, I really wish they would allow you to do more than 30. Unless we skip it and wait for it to happen, but I doubt they would update it. Also my biggest problem with what I noticed is that guys easily get eliminated with that irish whip thats how your Adam Copeland Edge got you eliminated. They need to tone that down, I understand if a guy is stunned but it shouldn't be so easy.

Random Wrestling Sketches *Ava is standing by a small pier next to the Mississippi river, holding a microphone* Ava: (reading very awkwardly) Hello. My name is Ava. I'm the General Manager at NXT. And today, I'm presenting a special edition of Money In The Bank, based around the... (she shakes her head incredulously) Sorry, *why* are we doing this by a river bank again? *William Regal joins her beside the bank* William: I'll fill you in, Ava. (to the camera) Recently, at the WWE Match Deciding Office, one of our execs had a rather funny idea on how to liven up the usual Money In The Bank routine. Apparently, they thought it would be a novel idea to put the money *in an actual river bank.* (raises his eyebrows) Seems a bit too close to pollution, if you ask me, but never mind. And joining us now is the man responsible for finding someplace to stash the briefcases, Mr. Randy Savage himself! *Randy Savage joins the team, dressed up like a sailor instead of his usual neon cowboy attire* Randy: Oohh, yeahhh! Let me tell you what I've done, brother! I've found two dug-out holes in the side of the Mississippi river, and I've stashed the MITB briefcases in there for our competitors to find! Ava: Awesome work, Mr. Savage! And do you remember *whereabouts* you stashed them? Randy: (very proudly) Nope! And I *deliberately* didn't memorize it! That way, the race is more exciting *and* challenging for the players as well as the audience! (winks to the camera, with an audible ding) Ava: (looks at William, and both look perplexed and shrug) Well, thank you, Mr. Savage. Now, time to fill in the competitors in today's challenge! *Cut to Ava standing in front of a large crowd of famous wrestlers (many of whom are no longer with us), all of whom are lined up next to a boat, raft, or other aquatic vehicle of their own choosing* Ava: Attention, ladies and gentlemen! Somewhere on the opposite bank of this, the mighty Mississippi river, lie two green briefcases full of thousands of dollars! The objective is for one man and one woman among you to be the first to find them before anyone else does! William: Now, fair warning! You *are* of course allowed to use force to prevent your opponents getting the case, but try not to actually push anybody *into the water!* This *is* the Mississippi, after all, and we all know what lives in the Mississippi, don't we? All wrestlers: *Alligators, Mr. Regal!* William: That's right! Alligators! So make sure none of you get eaten while having fun! Ava: Okay, with that out of the way, ladies and gentlemen, pick a boat, take a weapon, and let's go rolling on the river! *Each of the wrestlers races off to a boat, taking a weapon with them. Finally, they all shoot off across the water, leaving the pier abandoned... but then Yokozuna and Chyna show up, late to the party* Yokozuna: (wearing full scuba gear) Hey, Ava! Where's everyone else? Ava: Hey, Uncle Rodney- uh, I mean, Yokozuna! I'm afraid you and Chyna just missed the last boat off to the bank. Sorry! *Yokozuna and Chyna slap themselves in frustration* William: Sorry about that, chaps. We'll make sure to give you a runners-up prize by way of compensation- Chyna: No, forget that, Mr. Regal. We're still running this race! Ava: But how? *Yokozuna calmly walks to the end of the pier and starts putting his feet in the water* William: Wait, you're not actually going to *swim* over there, are you?! Chyna: Looks that way, doesn't it? (she follows Yokozuna into the water and climbs on top of his back, right as he straps her feet to him somehow) Ava: But that river has alligators living in it! You'll get eaten if they catch you! Chyna: Good thing we're not planning on letting them catch us, right, kid? (she unholsters her fireworks cannon) William: What are you doing?! Chyna: You'll see! (to Yokozuna) Hey, big guy! You swim, I'll fire! *Yokozuna nods and starts doing a breaststroke, while Chyna sticks her cannon into the water and fires it, producing a stream of churning water and smoke, whereupon they both shoot off into the distance like a motorboat* William: Well... there they go. Look at old Yokozuna, swimming like a merman. Ava: Yeah, a 500 pound merman with a rocket engine tied to his back. I didn't know he had it in him. William: Neither did I. (to the camera) Well, there go our fine contestants, off through alligator-infested water, to fight one another for two briefcases full of money, which *none of us* knows where to find. Who will end up winning? Tune in later on if you want to find out! This is William Regal... Ava: And Ava... Currently-I-Don't-Have-A-Surname... signing off.

I actually prefer this to the actual rumble that year… Matt hardy and carlito finally getting the push they never got in wwe by eliminating triple h and John Cena… Chris Jericho screwing edge again by eliminating him to win would have made a good story for that years mania instead of edge randomly winning by eliminating cena just because John Cena has to make it to the end somehow? I always thought that would have been a good year for Jericho to win or Shawn Michaels a returning edge winning wasn’t great in my opinion
