Epic Post Apocalyptic Music - Annihilated
This is a new version of my track "Annihilation", that I did for fun a few weeks ago. This one is bigger, more epic, and more pointed towards the epic trailer music industry. I personally still prefer the magical and haunting atmosphere and feel of the original one, but I still had a great time making this! I hope you enjoy it too!

Slow it down and it's even better. Let's test it out: Birth? Epic. Feels like the birth of a legend/superhero. Comedy scene? Creates a juxtaposition which makes it exponentially funnier. Dog playing in a sprinkler? Adorable AND amazing at the same time. Genius! So yeah, it's like Yakety Sax's dramatic cousin.

what have we done to this place? hell, why are we even here? it seems like there is no reason to be here other than to suffer. this place used to be nice...but that's all changed now... the undead dwarfs us in numbers millions of them hell maybe billions. but humans... they're nearly extinct. Im part of the minority that's left. billions of people turned to thousands all because of one war. but I'm still hanging on to that little fragment of hope left in me. but what use is it? my friends... my family all consumed by the undead. I can hear them banging on my door and I know that flimsy thing is not going to last against them for long. soon they'll get through it and I will be they're next meal... but I'm not having it. there's a window behind me and it seems like the only exit. if anyone finds this note... I'm out there fighting to survive I'm going to try grouping with the other survivor's. it's in Paris and it looks like it's the only "safe" place to stay... anyways I'll be waiting there. also there's a pistol underneath my bed with enough ammunition to help you survive for a few weeks good luck, and remember... don't let them get you...

My friend told me a story once, it was about his other friend that went into the Army. About 5-6 years back, when he was in Afghanistan his base was ambushed, from all sides, about 12 were injured in the first 5-10 minutes of the firefight. His friend was dug in a somewhat forward position, in one of the buildings that were used for the base. There was a wounded soldier there, and two others, and they were getting fired upon the most, the other soul divers recalled him pulling out headphones from his pocket and putting them in his phone. He told the two soldiers to carry the wounded to a safe position while he gave cover fire from behind. They reluctantly complied, and carried the soldier to a more fortified position. When the firefight ended, they checked the building he was in, and his body was outside, he was pronounced dead shortly after by the corpsman. While they were inspecting his body, they found his phone was still on, and it was playing this song on repeat, it was the only song in a playlist called, “You know what to do” The madman had this exact scenario planned out. I don’t know if it’s real or not, but I’d like to believe it is.

Picture this. A post apocalyptic film set after the rapture that is hell on earth as God has handed it to satan and demons are free to walk the earth along withother things like zombies and mutants due to the four horsemen and nuclear war. It is a fight to survive. But those left behind seek redemption and take up arms and reform the knights templar (but a modernised version) with swords, guns and blessings that can slay demons. Plus badass modern versions of knights templar armour. They should be at the final battle against satan and demons and finally be accepted and ascend to heaven. It should be called the last crusade

Nice this is the music i was searching for. This song can be best suited for a trailer of an apocalyptic film. Imagine a car going on a highway, (drone view) getting faster every second... later it stops. A man gets out, walks through the wrecked cars and buildings.. sees the dead people inside cars. With a shotgun in his hand 🖐. Later he hears some noise, turns back, 2:10 (use the sound while reading this) a zombie running towards him. Without hesitating , he shouts in a rage full manner. And BAM ! HE SHOOTS IT ON THE HEAD. HE RELOADS THE GUN, CLACK CLAACK BOOM!

There's a noise of a bomb dropping before whiter than white flashes, and I hear the screams of others. -Blank- They're all gone. There's no one alive. But you. Survive.

Inspired. Let's do this. "We were supposed to be the greats. They were words spoken when we were down, left with nothing but our own fear and body. We were supposed to be the best of the planet, the apex rulers of a world for us . . . but it wasn't just for us. We forgot that. We left the idea behind as we evolved, growing until there was no more room. We thought we were invincible, able to take any amount of destruction and throw it back tenfold. But nature thought otherwise. The UNIVERSE . . . thought otherwise. It was unforgiving. Fireballs rained down from the heavens in a flurry of heat and light. The world shook with each crash as debris struck the face of our once beautiful home. Nowhere was safe as the asteroid broke on the atmosphere, shattering the sky with a deafening crackle of energy. I can remember hearing mothers cry out to their children, holding them close and whispering words of sweet nothing to them. They were so fervent in trying to calm them down, to have possibly one last moment with their little lights. Some ran in fear, in delusion by the thought they could outrun the monstrous space rock about to hit Ground Zero. Some dropped to their knees, eyes wide and mouths agape as they took in the whole scene. I swear there was a moment of silence before the asteroid hit the ground, a beat of quiet that pierced the air like a needle in the skin. A moment where we all knew, in one way or another, that this was it. We knew, that even if we survived, there wouldn't be much left after this. No ounce of technology, no momentum of civilization, no power of humanity . . . it would all be gone in the reach of destruction. I remember the sudden shock, the tremble of fear that came over me as I faltered on wishing to die in the explosion, or staying alive to fight in the world after. It wasn't one I got to make, obviously, but the mind has this weird way of calculating an intense situation like the one before me. When the asteroid did strike it was similar to any movie I'd seen. The sudden shockwave didn't just send people falling, it sent them flying. There was no way they survived impact, but if they did they were decimated by the sudden earthquakes that came next. The sound of the crash careened across Earth, signaling the coming storm, as the sky shook in the blast of sound. The ground exploded at the impact force, destroying anything and everything in more than half of the planet's ground. There was so much heat and noise, so much power packed into the end, that I blacked out. The last thing I could make out were my own screams and the ground below me giving way, my body being ragdolled in the wake of the explosion. All I could see in that moment was the sky . . . . . . as terrifying as the end was, the sky made it look like a painting of elaborate colors. Reds and oranges set the sky alight in a blaze of fury and heat. Purples, blues and greens clashed against one another in a desperate attempt for control, making the fire behind them glow in a blaze of light. It was the most beautiful thing I'd seen. A sky vibrant in color, dancing upon one another in the wake of destruction. Flitting through the atmosphere, showering the world in a rainbow of etherealness that to this day I still can't imagine. The sight was a literal once in a lifetime event, but even now I can't remember the full glory. It was soon after I blacked out, the world darkening under the weight of rock and soil around me. - Months later, I stand here again. The world is much colder than what we humans had made it. The sun and moon rise with every day and night, but both seem to be much darker than before. The stars flitter in and out of sight, just as tired as those of us left are. Cities have already become extinct in our minds; they're more like endless graveyards with an infinite amount of bodies strewn throughout them. The ground has become misshapen on half of the planet. It's like a canyon with jagged edges and pillars the only ways to get through. No one has seen the asteroid in these months, for it destroyed every living being that was near it when it landed; no one has been able to make it across the gorge it left in its wake of power. I stare at the abyss, the scarf around my neck billowing in the rising wind. The dust hasn't yet settled, and part of me fears it never will. The particles around me could have potentially ended life millions of years ago, so why not now? The vegetation has already started to wither away, water so contaminated that the survivors can barely take a sip out of most resources. Animals have started to over-hunt, leaving few prey left for the rest of us to grab at. Humans are getting greedy, and in their wake of neediness and want have started to grab at anything and everything they can seek their teeth into. It's why I've ventured away . . . I'm not ready to be another person's victim, nor will I ever be. I still wonder why, though . . . within a few years it's not like life will exist on Earth anymore anyways. No one will say it out loud, but with how quickly everything is dying it's only imminent. I know I won't last much longer. I figured that out before I arrived at the Asteroid's Chasm, when I started coughing like I'd never known. There's something wrong with me, whether from the food, water or air I don't quite know. Before I go, before I relinquish in the final horizon, I want to do one thing. I'll most likely die in the end, or in the middle, but I just want to see what's left. Four months ago the asteroid destroyed all we know, leaving the scarcities behind to die in its aftermath. I want to see the asteroid . . . I want to see exactly what destroyed my future. I won't be able to do anything but maybe scream . . . but I want to see the end for myself. I want to see the very thing, that in less than an hour, annihilated our precious Earth . . ." (That was WAY longer than I thought it would be . . . oh well! For whomever may read it, I hope you enjoyed! I was just a little inspired was all.)
