Andrew! After using the Instant Pot a few times you will notice that the silicone sealing ring (it's in the lid) will start to smell funky...Take a gallon ziplok bag and put 1/2 a box of baking soda in it and after washing (and drying) the ring store it in the bag with the baking soda it will remove the stink from the silicone!

Flair, remember to change break in oil in your two mini jeeps. This needs to be done after first 60 minute run and is key tong engine life. Enjoy.

Little tips for the instant pot, the more meat you put in doesnt matter, still cooks the same amount of time unless the pieces of meat themselves are bigger. Also you don't have to press the meat/stew button all the time, there is a manual setting where you can set temperature to high or low and adjust the cook time. Most recipes are based on the manual setting I have found.
