Indicator of tank health is a great idea, won't affect balance either. This vod is like 4 mo old, I'm trying to keep up, did yall implement this? Is it in the works?

Still kinda in the works. We got it to work where units less then 50% smoke but there's concerns of lag with too many units. 😔

​@Iver shit maybe that's why they didn't do it in the first place, game engine has a hard time with it? Would probably have to remove or change some graphical effects from something else. Removing the added movements of dogs when they're not moving maybe? Maybe oil rig motions or Ore drill motions?

@@jacobmontalbano488 yeah it's hard to say, the issue is if a desolate hits like 50 tanks at once. honestly it it seems to not really be an issue for casual games it's just kind of risky to implement in like cash games increasing lag/crashes by even 1% is too much.

@@Iver definitely agree with that. Idk how you're doing it exactly, but my guess is the game engine takes on more than it can process when it has to account for the smoke and sparks of so many tanks. If you're still experimenting with it, maybe try removing the motions of a few things that won't be terribly missed, if that's possible. Could free up enough memory for the game engine to pull it off? Hopefully that's helpful, I'll leave ya to it!

RA2 needs "A-move" command. I think it would add a lot to the game, both in strategy and action. Watching afk Kirov being casually shot by a boat is painful.
