no i was thinking the same thing! something about senya's S3 animation looked very off... even compared to light cidd, a ml four-star, her animation just felt off

The problem is that the Spear is very hard to read. We get 3 FRAMES of HALF the spear, and a few more with a little sliver of gold. Then we go straight to a flash of gold projected out. It doesn't look like she's even throwing it. Some people thought Senya was waterbending at first, because we never see the arm swing action to actually throw the thing. She needs a few more frames to show off her weapon and especially her throw action. It's not Closer Charles bad (It's actually drawn well), but I wonder if this had to be slightly rushed.

Wouldn't the dispel happen first and then she'd cleanse her Bind and then do her Bridal Prayer? 8:07 Of course, assuming that the backline gets to 50% HP to trigger the cleanse on Senya

8:11 lionheart can actually cleanse off the bind and then proc her passive because the cleanse happens first. The same applies here so she can’t get binded and lose her passive in that regard unless it happens at the same time since it says “and” rather than “after”

Her passive only works if someone dual counter or extra. I bind her all the time plus if you use Nahkwol s2 to seal lionheart does nothing. Nahkwol is still the strongest character in the game imo. She shuts down to many great characters

the same will not happen here, lhc can cleanse because the cleanse is not part of "Shine!" non-attack skill, it is in "It's Far From Over" as an instant proc, it happens before the non-attack skill and thus can cleanse when binded. For example, jenua's cleanse is on the non-attack skill, that's why he doesnt cleanse when stunned and hit below 50% hp

It is very much the same. Ml Senya’s cleanse is also before the skill activation.

The only time LHC will fail to cleanse bind with s2 is if she’s sealed. She will cleanse and activate if you have bind but no seal. We see similar interaction vs Ed. If Ed is sealed he does nothing after nahk s3. Not sealed? He will cleanse and hit back.

Honestly, about the third slot protection in RTA. I’m basically unable to play it anymore because I don’t have many characters and I can’t counter some characters with anything simply because I don’t have their counters, therefore before I simply used to win by banning wisely… now it’s impossible because everyone is constantly protecting what I don’t have a counter for… it just so happens that those are the current META characters, for some reason really Think this may be a good feature for emperors/champions/challengers, i.e. players who have many characters. But for people like me who barely managed to get into Master, that’s just ruining the whole experience.

Like due to the whole ayufine-candy-seaPolitis situation I had to completely change my playstyle from cleave to tank as much as you can. Now I’m happy not to be able to ban DDR, and it’s not like I have many cleanse characters

I bet having her with the buffed ML Haste or ML Celine in the Backline would be a sexy combo! The fact that they can bring back dead characters now should counter nukers 🤔 Along with Karina and speed character like Zio, C.Lilias, etc. Just gotta watch out for injury characters and of course Briar Witch Iseria 👍🏾 Can't wait to test her out!!

I didn’t get ML Poli but maybe it was fate. I agree the running animation seems off. The spear throw reminds me of Candy but worse. Unfortunately I don’t see them fixing it but definitely sloppy work. Seeing Gala’s S3 animation in comparison in this clip is so clean.

So she is a knight that scales off of a defensive stats, has an artifact that deals fixed dmg with that stat and pops off when an ally is below 50% hp... wait this sounds familiar🤔🤔🤔

I do think its a bit of a weird situation to be in when we want nerfs to broken characters but also say that just balanced characters are not good enough cause they are not broken. Its basically the case of we just need to keep asking for nerfs while showing that we are ok/happy with balanced characters plus not asking for those to be buffed instantly cause otherwise we send some mixed af signals to SG.

Oath of Punishment passive is a better version of Rem's Demon Mode, they should buff Rem's to where it gives her +15%atk or +10%atk/def too to make her more viable in current metas.

I love her Im very biased tho when its Senya I do think shes good tho My idea is Counter on 3F S1 is a SPD buff so great to proc off counter, 3F is a bonus. Punishes focusing her down as well S3 + 3F with all her HP sounds bs lol

Preban Nahkwol and then pick ML Senya, BM Haste, Karina, Albedo +1 in draft lol...that would be kinda hell for any cleaver or Aggro to break through, and the +1 can be whatever else you want to toss in pick 3 that counters them, like maybe Belian if it's a Ran/Ludwig cleave lol. That being said, I might just give Senya my DC gear since my DC is on Triple HP Set, with that gear he's at 37.4k HP so if I had Senya at SSS then it might be around 38-39k HP since the 10% HP will basically make slightly higher HP than DC.

Do be warned that the showcase was a bit scummy. To get that 37K HP, you need gear that puts 34K HP on fcc. That's either godlike speed gear, or triple health set, only hp% on right side and 25+ hp% subs on each left side gear. Seeing her speed on th3 showcase, I assume that's what they had her on.

DDR and ML Choux and injury in general will also be a big problem for her as usual. Nice design, but S3 animation is soo lackluster :/ I'm really not a fan of the 3rd protected tier, especially on lower ranks where we can only ban 1 unit... RTA was among the only modes I kinda enjoyed in the game but with this change coupled with current Meta, I might just quit.

At the moment, gut says Senya as right now... Landy is very hard to use with the unbannable 3rd. It's super easy to check her.

@@im_Tsulove your videos as always! Can you expand on Candy getting hurt by the ban protect? Is it because if she gets drafted early then the opponent can lock in a counter to her like Roana? Candy is generally so oppressive that she can even pull off wins against Roana.

@Dee-yj1im It is as you say. If your opponent locks in something like Byblis, ML Ken, Nahkwol, etc. It is very hard for her to win. There just a lot in the pool now that threatens to insta-kill her.

Counter is low impact on her. She gets Speed buff and can't proc bonus damage there. Only really good with 3F imo. Health is great though. Go with that set.
