One thing I think would be cool to add into trivia is how the character got their nickname from the community. I'm going to be honest I call zio lil bro, but idk where or how he got the nickname.

I got my effectiveness Zio build from Mace and my Zio right now has 2.6k attack 1k def 10k HP 247 56% crit chance 245% crit damage 200% effectiveness He can definitely go faster if my right side gear is better. If I switched my ring to atk%, Zio would end with 3k attack 130% effectiveness.

I think the use of S3 soulburn is mostly after the initial rotation.

about zio's speed i personally think that 262 speed is the perfect speed to have him at so that he can always outspeed a 310 unit after accounting for max speed rng

Yes, you could but I think Penetration just synergizes better with the hero. I think this could be a backup option but just feels worse than other options.
