Defense scales well with pen resistance too, you definitely got a good build for him. Mine will remain rift slave for a loooong time.

Eternal Wanderer Ludwig does in fact penetrate defense on his s3 I don't have him but I know, his penetration rate increases to the amount of soulburns that is done.

Good question, no worries! His artifact gives 18% crit at +15 enhancement, so his total is 100%!
