If you aren’t a musician you probably won’t care about my nerd answer, but its the 4 minor chord. The bass is playing the flat 3 in the root (or the b7 of the 5 chord) but the chord is a minor 4. Typically it is major but something about how unexpected the subtle change from major to minor plays with the heart strings. Hope that helps!
