He doesn't actually marry Circe. Because the Telegony was written so much later than the Odyssey, it's an extremely debatable poem. It also contradicts the Odyssey because a prophet tells Odysseus that he will get his happy ending and die peacefully. But he doesn't in the Telegony. I'm pretty sure that Telemachus married a princess called Naurcissa.
