I like these kind of video. For me as a flatland and hill pilot it looks easy very often, go on the southside of a mountain, beware of valleywind and climb with often nice clouds over it. If we fly triangle in my area, we have sometimes to climb into the blue and have looks to the ground to find a thermal without cloud. Not always, but sometimes. Nice Video!

Great stuff Sebastian, thanks for sharing. Would be great to hear a little bit more on your decisioning process in terms of which side of the ridge to pick (just the sunny side?) in comparison to wind direction (avoid lee side?). Many thanks

If you were thirsty and went through a cloud, would you be able to consume some of the cloud and drink up enough liquid droplets to be satisfied?

Ja das ist immer ein Spagat bei GS Videos: Zu viel Zeitraffer zerstört die Atmosphäre, zu wenig und es wird einschläfernd. Ich hab noch ein paar Ideen wir man das verbessern könnte😊
