Them two dudes was fairly evenly matched wasn’t they!! That’s about as heart thumping a moment you can ever have in the deer woods without actually harvesting one. I e seen those giants up north get after it like that a few times and man I can’t help but be shaking like a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

Yes, that's crazy. I was wondering if it was happening to anyone. I've seen some smaller bucks sparring, but this was my first knockdown drag-out fight. In the end, he gored him and picked him up off the ground. It was crazy. I really like the saddle. This will be my third season with it. It's not the most comfortable thing, but it's not bad. I've sat all day a few times now in it.

I know you are not going to allow wild hogs on your property and the deer fight was good...how many acres did you and your wife buy? Nice running creek as well

No, I've shot a few on it since we purchased it. I just didn't that day. I was getting pretty good buck on camera and didn't wanna risk scaring him. Originally, it was 12.5 acres, but we got an additional adjoining 3 acres later.
