Man i’m so fucking excited for another Epica “spiritual” journey for this album! I knew I always felt a soul connection with Epica’s music, and ever since I really dedicated my life to my own spiritual journey, Epicas music just hits me harder. Honestly I’m so excited to cry, jump for joy and zone out the world around me, when I get my hands on this album!! 🤘🏻

This fan certainly is enjoying every song that I've heard so far! I've seen a common reaction from the various KZbin reactionist channels when they listen to "Rivers" - the emotion on their faces and then the smile of pure EPICa enjoyment - yeah - that's how I feel, too. Epica's ballads are as incredible as their symphonic metal. Well done, Epica!!!

You're right. All the other albums have 3 words in the album titles, except for 1 album that only have 4 words in the title. This is the shortest album name of the band since their existence.

If we want to include live albums, Retrospect was the first one word. Requiem for the Indifferent has 4, if we want to count The Journey - An Epic Journey, that one is different too, it has 2 with a subtitle, or 5, depending on how you want to look at it.. All others are indeed 3 words!

Honestly, I'm crying now. I love when you all enjoy for making music, playing your music in stage happily. I saw you all as a family not just a member of Epica. Hope you all always happy and healty, and keep creating awesome music together. I can't describe my feeling now because english is not my first language. Iv pre-ordered the CD. I usually don't buy a physical copy until Iv listened to the whole album first in case it you know... sucks. But Epica have been so consistent and never released anything remotely subpar and the three singles released have all been great! Feb 26th cant come soon enough!

@Hezekiah Rodriguez Im also not the biggest fan of symphonic metal. I mostly listen to death, black, doom and traditional heavy metal. Bands like Nightwish and Within temptation I find too cheesy and poppy. Epica are an exception because they're music is always so creative and are not afraid to go full on death metal with the growls and blast beats. And their songs are so... epic!

For what it’s worth, I think we are all equally excited for the album. Thus far all three singles have been very strong. Each beautiful and powerful in their own way. It's a great album. I'm not one to to criticize, there is a lot of work that goes into making an album and you're my favorite band. With that said, I will express a few opinion's with much love and appreciation. After The Skeleton Key, songs start to become predictable, song structure wise. Every song follows a similar structure. You know where it will go, aside from some exceptions, like Kingdom of Heaven 3 that had suprises and Synergize that had some really cool stuff and progression. You have perfected this type structure seen in more recent records. Think it should be time to break these structures. Hope for more experimental and radical changes or re-imagining for the next record. You guy's have yet to release your greatest work and you are capable of breaking barriers and redefine the sub-genre itself.

SPOILERS =I listened the whole album yesterday, is good , however its very "holographic principle" to me than "design your universe" vibes, is less progressive than any of the albums, Simone doesnt really use her classical voice just at the end of the Skeleton Key, Kingdom of heaven 3 is very straight forward and slow for me not even close to the progressive part 1, only ballad is Rivers, the intro of the album is basically Abyss of time intro wise, need more listens to make a full opinion EDIT: after a few listens , the album is a Masterpiece, best in a long time, Kingdom of Heaven 3 is out of this world

If you use common sense and being a critical thinker than you know the lyrics are actually based on truth. That's how I see it. Many of their lyrics became reality in certain events in the world. I gonna tell you, lyrics of most pop and rap music are crap, cheap music. Most of the lyrics is going nothing about, but crap, BS and mind control based lyrics. Mindless music without content and last thing is that most of them can't even really sing, most of the time they playbacking and not singing live. Rock/Metal/Symphonic music always sing live and have high quality voice. They are the real singers we need. Epica is by far the most spiritual band I have ever known so far. That's what I call the highest quality in music.

Actually there's a lot of pop acts that have well-written and meaningful lyrics, just as there are many metal bands whose lyrics are trash. An eye opener, but unfortunately he got banned and being censored by "fact checkers", because he got to close to the truth.
