EPICA - Rivers Cover by Spell of Enchantress Gothic Doom Symphonic Metal

Hi !
We are Spell of Enchantress, an European Blackened Gothic Doom metal band. We released our first album Lost Prayers Of Those Forever Gone in December 2023.
We love to explore other music genres and record cover songs!
I, Cathy, have been a big fan of Dutch symphonic metal band Epica since 2007.
They released the beautiful song Rivers around the time my dad passed away, and singing this song by the local river really helped me keep my head above the tide.
I knew I would do a piano cover by ear. Thanks to my bandmate Sermilion for doing the arrangements and mix to create this cover.
Last year I was able to witness Apocalyptica join Epica on stage to play Rivers, an absolutely wonderful version!
