I played Resident Evil 4 Remake WITHOUT opening the attache case. For the first time ever, this video is in 1440p 60fps so I hope you all enjoy the higher resolution! This is another amazing video you, deserve so much more subs! Btw I think the random deaths you got at the end of some chapter were from when Ashley was grabbed and taken away. Also their is another skip in chapter 15 with the anti aircraft gun and you only have to throw a few grenades when it first appears and skips having to use the machine gun

Thank you! And I didn’t think about that Ashley getting grabbed could’ve counted for the stats so you might be right there. I forgot to mention in the video but that skip in chapter 15 I couldn’t do because I didn’t have enough grenades unfortunately.

True true. I wish it was because RE4 VR is a phenomenal port. I hate that it's exclusive to Quest 2 and that PSVR has RE7 and RE8 like...port those over to Steam already!

Yep RE4 is such a great game! Quite honestly I’m not sure what exactly I’m doing next. Of course I have ideas for TLOU and Resident Evil games that I’ll get to at some point, but I also have an idea for BioShock that I might do soon so we’ll see! :)

The only thing i could think off for the random deaths being counted, is maybe theres a script so after a certain amount of damage in a short time span, the script will be in a purgatory, so if you load a save to rewind that damage for stats, itll process the players damage taken and if the player reloads a save before the damage, itll still register it as a death so people cant abuse loading saves so they can get high graded chapter results easier

great video, BTW you should add the rules of the challange in the Thumbail in DETAIL as well as i think videos under or around 20 minutes would perform better as nowadays KZbin Algorithm is promoting shorter content much more

How’d you register shortcuts?

I didn’t! The first 4 weapons you pick up (in my case the pistol, shotgun, grenade, flash grenade) get automatically assigned to your shortcuts and afaik can only be changed from your inventory screen. For some reason the game doesn’t automatically assign any weapons after 4 so even though you have 8 slots, you have to manually register any slots after the 4th one. Also even if you use up all your grenades they’ll still occupy a slot in your shortcuts so I was basically stuck with the first 4 weapons I picked up.
