Noon chaye Tibet ki Hain, with Yak butter, and it spread through the Himalayan silk route from Mongolia to Himachal & Kashmir. The original Chinese tea was green, medicinal, refreshing drink which spread through the silk route to the Roman empire, the British empire didn't exist back then. Persian polo, Central Asian Pilaf, Spanish Paella and here pulao are all variants of rice dishes with meat and spices as per local taste.

Boss Todi galati hua! Noon Chaye Mongolia ki hai.. I have been there… they say they had invented it… and they make it from yak’s milk which is salty in nature. They even have a quick mix type of tea now a days.. I had a girlfriend who was Uighur . She gave me this noon chaye as a gift when she used to visit me in China…
