I really needed to hear this. I’ve been questioning my iman… and it’s not that I don’t believe … but I’m truly losing hope in everything. Eating, drinking, smiling, everything feels wrong like I don’t deserve it. Just few days ago I spent the entire day contemplating what was the purpose of those Palestinians lives if it was cut short? That same day, I dozed off trying to put my daughter to sleep. I had the most beautiful dream and I think God was reminding me it’s not in vain. I saw all the martyrs greeting, hugging and smiling from ear to ear. There was no pain, nothing but happiness on their faces. For the first time in my life I am starting to pray salaat. If these people can thank Allah despite facing all the atrocities, who am I ?

I cry at night every day at our helplessness. Im unable see those images. I remember how Rasulallah was troubled and exiled without food and water.

I have gone through ups and downs during this genocide. I now feel free and powerful. Allah is with us, and there is no need to worry. How do I know? Look at the other side. Do they look like something Allah would accept? Allah is using them to test us our faith. Hold strong and be confident. Don't feel sad for those who passed on. They won their test. Let's support those who remain and aid them. That's our test.
