It never was, when someone was staring at the end of their road. “I’m quite unwilling to give up on this place. We’ve spilled too much of our own blood here.” “My friend…” Friend was perhaps too small a word after all they’d been through. “My brother.” Yes, that felt right. “If this is where you choose to stand, than I will stand with you.” “I’d rather you didn’t. Go, and tell your family you love them. They deserve that much.” “What about your own family?” “What’s left of mine is here, with me in this trench.” His words turned softer, weaker. “And… it would be my honour if I could make sure they live.” Those were the last words ever exchanged between the two soldiers. The Survivor never quite forgot about the brother he left on the world.

what the hell happened to the rest of my armor??? and what happened to the muscles I will need to heft this sword? I cant go into battle dressed like this!!! Good God can I at least have a pair of boots? and what in the hell is this little flower going to do to help me shed blood? (yes I wanted to write the same thing on the other one, too! 😝) nice music mix - it just doesnt match the art this time. this music evokes the Charge scene in my mind.
