Epicor How to Create RDD Report 1

Thanks for the video I needed a refresher on RDD reports. Looking forward to your next one on adding subreports. The trick for refreshing Epicor after a menu change, go to Settings, change user, then just re-add your user name/password. It will refresh without closing the app.

Mr. Rick: Thanks for the suggestion. I did know about that - however i am lazy and i think it is fewer clicks to just close Epicor and re-login. Also, i am more confident that Epicor refreshes the menu list by logging out (call me paranoid - or once bitten twice shy :) )

I will try to get a part 2 posted showing how Epicor can create two separate data sets by NOT using the "Relationship" joins.

When I log in to Kinetic and click on any function, it shows Description: Access not allowed. Program: Ice.Services.BO.Menu.dll Method: CheckMenuSecurityForUser Table: undefined Field: undefined

Mr. @kkkLL-p8w: I would look at your User Settings to make sure you have access to the RDD's. User Account Security Maint/System Access/SSRS Report Designer

Check your User Account SEcurity maint and make sure your system access shows SSRS Designer
