Epicor Print Break/Routing Rule Setup

Hi Dave, I'm really missing our MNEUG meetings can't wait till we can get back to having them again. Recently I took this Print Break/Routing automation one step further and created BPM with Auto Print using the Report Style for the Print Break/Routing to fully automate emailing the invoices when a group is posted. I added a UD checkbox on the Customer master to flag which customers are using the Auto Email Invoices and the BPM is using this checkbox as criteria. I'll demo this when we get to have a meeting again.

Is it possible to have a pdf saved to a fileshare location instead of being emailed out automatically?

I am at your step in the "Report Definition" of establishing relationships. When I try to select the "PrimBCon" from the "Parent Field Name" from customer it does not exist. Thus, I cannot select it to get the three relationship fields. I have company to company and custnum to custnum but no primbcon to connum Any thoughts on this. We are on version 10.2.500.16

Hi Dave, how to set multiple attachment file(example PDF) in one email using Break/Routing?

The only way i know of to include multiple PDF's is by attaching DocStar or ECM "take ECM"

Thanks Dave - Our company has APR and i have a coworker that has been successful in getting APR to work. When i setup a new break on a report style, the 'link' for ‘specified’ columns and sorting is not there! None of the links to add rules are showing in the screen. I know our company has this add-on and it works. But for me it doesn't. Are you aware of what might cause this issue? I have full administrator rights and our Server Admin doesn't know of any reason why this shouldn't be working for me... please help!

Ms. Bridgett: I have not seen this problem. What break table are you using?
