You have multiple frames no? Not saying this isn't well played by Faker, but you have multiple frames where the e can hin, since it needs to be in the enemy hitbox and enemy hitbox is larger than 1 pixel. You have a time window of like 0.2 sec which is multiple frames.

Why Faker doesnt use his own skin in Ahri?

He never uses skins. Don't know if it's just "his thing" or if it is in fact something around consistency on the champs animations. I like to believe is the second one, because there has been times where something is "odd" with X skin. When riot released DJ Sona just by wearing it your champ did more damage, also when they released snow Syndra the AA animation was just a liiittle bit longer than the default skin and it messed up with your muscle memory.

Wolf (the former progammer) said pros have a specific to-go skin for each champ when they compete in tournament and they likely never change them through out their career, now I only watch LCK so I don’t speak for the remain regions but in LCK it does seem like that. Also Faker barely uses skin, maybe the default skins are his comfort picks.
