Currently battling leukemia, these quotes give me power. I’ve read much on stoicism and read meditations by Marcus Aurelius and it has made all the difference throughout my battle between myself and cancer. The only limits we have in this life are the ones we set upon ourselves. If everyday, you do what is necessary and push your possibilities, you will do what you once thought was impossible. Today and everyday I wake up, I do 100 push ups before I leave my bedroom. I returned to school 1.5 years earlier than my doctors thought was possible and have gained 15+ of muscle back despite a tough chemo regiment. Life is a whole lot better if you don’t feel bad for yourself. @Everyday Stoic I finished my battle with leukemia. A year early too. Your KZbin channel and stoicism in general has helped me more than any person, medicine, religioun, etc. thank you for making the content that you do. It saved my life and gave me the best mindset. And thank you to everyone who wished me well here.

Philosophy is like math to me. It can all seem like a ton of different problem, but it really boils down to add or subtract. Or in computer science, a one or zero. In our minds it is “yes” or “no.” We either accept and change productively with tranquility, or resist and suffer painfully. The problem (or remedy) is that there are an infinite amount of ways to word that.

Daniel Leal you express great ignorance of understanding healing / cleansing. Additionally emotion is rocket fuel for logic when rationed and focused wisely. For a positive slant on what you wrote is to aim for rationality to me ones mean but to aware of emotion and to use it wisely as possible. Sun & Moon. Rational & Emotional. The earth without the sun is nothing but a dead rock. The earth without the moon is to not have the ocean tides, the migrating tree sap and many other things of delight. As my comment may be insulting to you it will also support others I. their journey and may even help you.
