I just started working out a month ago but needed motivation from my bf. I’m in recovery from an eating disorder and i do my strength training to this playlist. The song hard way to better at 29:01 really gets me through my workouts. Giving into my disorder would be easy, but this is the hard way to better 💪🏼

Make sure u don’t weight lift until around 15 or 16 your muscles stil aren’t fully done developing so you injure them bjt definitely stay fit when ur 13 it’s good to run and walk and and drink milk and play sorts but don’t weight lift just yet wish ya luck and stay fit little bro

So before going to boot camp I used to be very big into the hip hop and kinda rock music for working out and then at boot camp I had a kinda big mental breakdown and almost went through with killing myself. Luckily I got out, came Home and I have been 200x better. But one big mental block has been working out. Since boot camp I can barely workout and I just have been physically suffering from not being fit anymore. I have gained about 20 pounds and lost all my muscle. I deleted my old workout playlist and tried doing lighter exercises and tried things like blogilates and other things. Tried yoga and it's ok but not a workout. And then I today found this type of music. I like this music because it is in a lot of the people's videos who do short little workouts. But I don't want to do their workouts but my own. And with this I can!! I feel so happy now that I can have this music! And it makes me feel just so good. So thank you! I know what it is called.
