The biggest thing every manager fails to realize, is that living in the city itself has become a high-stress situation. Just to get to office, you have to fight with cabs, bikes, autos, and breathe 300 AQI air, and after that you have to fight with your boomer bosses who can't understand why an 8000 line code can take 2 days to debug. It's fight fight fight from day to night with no respite in between. And still they want performance review, daily scrum, weekly status update etc etc. We have to ask ourselves why this is happening only in India and not in China, even though Chinese objectively work harder. It is because of induced stress from Indian managers who don't know any way to deal with a situation other than shout and insult their subordinates. No easy solution except to just quit when your health condition reaches unsustainable levels. The workplace will never change.
@aosaeanor3 күн бұрын
The reality of living in cities has changed . Traffic, cost of living, food all make life stressful. Add to that workplace toxicity & responsibilities of managing a family in this situation makes life even more difficult . As employee spends max waking hours at work, it's high time HR starts thinking differently abt how to manage people instead of just renaming & recirculating same old HR policies, practices & systems of decades back

Valid point but FYI no doctor is getting any compulsory sleep hour privileges. Recent changes are only on paper. Just guideline banane se kuch nahi hoga when there aren't enough doctors to share the work load. For there to be enough doctors there need to first of all be enough government colleges. It'll be AT LEAST another 6 years before those new college k mbbs pass outs join as doctors and things start looking slightly better.

He said that don't eat mixture or anything. Eat half pomegranate daily. It faded a lot in 3 months and again resurfaced since I was again in nursing hostel and food was bad but since a lil less than a year I have been home and I am getting proper meal so don't eat packaged food and the spot has gotten much lighter on its own.
