This documentary is so knowledgeable! I have never watched a documentary which is so dedicated to a single person! I love how your family and friends are involved because it shows a different perspective of how they portray epilepsy and of course how they have experienced epilepsy through a close individual! My roommate has this type of seizure. This is what's known as tonic clonic or grand mal seizures. I'd like to point out that there are some patients with epilepsy who have auras before their seizing begins. Also, seizure victims cannot swallow their tongues, as the tongue is a muscle that's atatched.

I’m going through the same thing now, I got diagnosed with epilepsy early last year and have had multiple seizures throughout the year, the most horrible experience I’ve been through and am still going through, it’s helpful to see I’m not alone

Good job dude! I have epilepsy and it took about 15 years to figure out how to treat it. I had a right temporal lobectomy last year and I've been seizure free since. Keep on keepin on. 💜
