There were a couple of months that he was sounding really good. It must be tough to REALLY practice when you've got so much stuff going on, though. We all can go home and screw around, but you don't really learn new scales by covering Yellow Ledbetter for the 1000th time.

A big reason the guitar looks so good is that Epiphone didn't do anything funny with the headstock. There's no dead give-away it's an Epiphone, unless you look close.

Epiphones keep getting better- My brother has the original Jeff Waters Annihilator V- the tone is incredible. I've played this guitar at a store and it's really high quality especially for the price.

I own Les Paul's with 50s necks and this neck on this guitar is PERFECT. Yes it is big but it feels comfy if you have big hands. I love the tone of this guitar, so happy I got one!

Fellas, that flying V is kick-ass! I've never even seen any kind of kill-switch incorporated into a guitar, so cool. Albert King has always been a big inspiration so obviously the flying V has a place in my heart. Best part of a VEE is you don't require a guitar stand! Cheers guys, love the vids

These things absolutely sold like hot cakes, I'm such a fan of this band. I ordered mine like literally 4 minutes after it was announced. My local shop wasn't even aware it was an actual thing. I'm glad I got mine, it puts such a big smile on my face. I just need a hardcore amplifier to match it now.

I played both the seven and six string versions and both of them felt very comfortable to play. The fast Access heel is a blessing for the upper frets and the guitar did make the impression of a high-quality guitar. However! I didn't like the tone, because EMG's just aren't my cup of the tea. If you like EMG's though, it'll probably be an awesome guitar.

Epiphone has been on a roll lately. I recently got a Custom Pro Standard Les Paul from them, and it's the first time i've bought a guitar that I don't feel the need to modify in some way. I've had a Studio Paul in the past that I just couldn't get used to, but this new one sounds and feels like what is expected of a Les Paul. No surprise here. They're on fire.

Ok, had to stop a mere 1:30 in. Lol My inner nerd is screaming. Dinosaurs lived during the Mesozoic Era 252-66 ish Million Years Ago. (Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous periods) The Mastodon was around during the end of the Pleistocene which ended 11,000-ish years ago. So you're only off about 65,989,000 years. Epiphone has a great killswitch, the SG Special II comes with one and its like 120$ or so, I bought mine used and it's become one of my favorites (after putting new pickups in it)

I've got one. Only thing I would change is the block inlays are the "mother of toilet seat" blocks. If Epi would have gone the extra mile and used real mother-of-pearl for the inlays it would be perfect.
