Epipremnum Amplissimum is very easy going with light levels, making it a firm favorite for low light areas. They can be thirsty indoors, but if you can give them at least a little light and you get the watering down, everything else should slot into place.

Hi! I have the variegated variety. Do you know if it requires more light to maintain variegation?

Pothos plants generally hold on to their variegation quite well no matter the light levels. But, more is generally produced when lighting is better. My recommendation would be to try and grow yours in a brighter spot over lower light. Save those low light spaces for plants that have less to lose, so to speak!
