Hey, we should always breathe "lateral", or a few minutes daily? I feel better while doing this, I started breathing like that even in daily task 😅

Definitely not something you'll always be able to do, like during physical activity or other higher exertion tasks. Adding into your practice for a few minutes per day is ideal and the more you practice the easier it will be to make part of your daily routine/do more often.
