Nice film but why the vertical lines going across the picture? I've often thought about going to Gavdos but have never been. I've only seen it on the horizon from Southern Crete.

Well, Sofia, yes - www.sofiaroomsgavdos.com But try to book earlier, as most of the time is full. There are not so many rooms available on Gavods, in general, in the summer.

Sofia is an awful person who wants to build more rooms and ruin that almost untouched piece of land and turn it into another "all inclusive tourist heaven bullshit of an island". Don't book there.

some people have the money to go to the edge of the world just to pay a hotel to sleep but the greeks have no money even to just stay on camps on this beautiful island.. maybe if you try again you will find best hotel with swimming poll next time.. :P
