Welcome Everyone! I am Lizzie Siegel, CEO and Founder of Namasteplantbased, Host of HEART's Home, the podcast, and creator of HEART's Home, my signature holistic wellness program!
I am so excited to share with you my first episode of HEART's Home, the podcast!
This episode is My Story...the WHY and the HOW I created my podcast where the name comes from and what it means to me, the work that I do and how I got her, and all about how I am stepping into my power as a Healer and Teacher and am following the path of my heart!
I am honoured and humbled to share my story with the world.

I am not putting myself or this podcast in a box. Instead, I am embracing all my gifts, passions, curiosities, and going with the flow.
