Thank you for tuning in! Stuckness is a real thing for so many people. I've recently been leaning into stuckness and redefining what it means for me because, as I always say: "Our beliefs create our reality and our beliefs are mirrorly (play on the word meerly) our definitions! So, now, tuning in even more to understanding my YOUnique Divine Player Profile (like the template level avatar page of a video game reading that I create for myself and my clients), I know better how my energy works and I understand that the moments of stuckness are actually just moments of plateaus and intentionally periods for rest and integration. When we understand our YOUnique energy types, we can stop judging, blaming, and shaming ourselves and quit the comparison game and actually embrace the beauty of who we are and how we operate in this world and then work with the limiting beliefs that come up during and as a result of these phases!
