Bridgeman's restaurants in Minnesota have a massive sundae called the Lollapalooza. It has something like 17 scoops of ice cream, and if you eat the whole thing you get your picture taken and put up on the wall of fame. This frozen delight pre-dates the festival by many years. This is how I first knew the name.
