I can't tell you how much I thoroughly enjoy your vids... The amount of research you put into each adventure is definitely not being wasted on me.... I need to get up and see Ross & Cleo and get them a donation.... Keep up the great work...

Glad to see you getting down under ground. You find so many places where I have been, but never found. I have never found Tecopa Mines. However I have been in the Tecopa area and found a talc mine, a hematite iron ore mine, and a large granitic pluton with terminated quartz crystals. Forgot the name of the circular granitic mountain, but the road goes from Tecopa and circles around the NE flank south to Baker. You will find the hematite and talc on this same asphalt road. Beware of potholes, as this road was not maintained when I was last there in the 80s. There is also petrified palm roots and opal in two separate areas west of Tecopa. Don’t quote me on that;) All I can remember is that the opal is in the gray tuff where the Tecopa road ~ meets the Shoshone road. The palm wood area has totally faded from this old noggin. Thanks my friend for your unlimited information!

Steve, glad you like the video. Could the mountain you speak of be called Kingston Peak?
