This is awesome, I’ll be honest I only purchased the motor goat because of the top speed and price. This video has assured me that you guys are good people and don’t only care about money. For that reason, I’ll be supporting you even more and recommend to all my friends and family. Just a small suggestion, it would be awesome to feature riders with custom bikes and what they have done to them. I think that would be awesome to see. There are a lot of us waiting for our orders, but we understand how it’s been for you guys. If you could update weekly on the FB group about what number orders you shipped, that would be fantastic.

I'd really like to see some community builds of these bikes featured, as well as maybe some "ultimate builds" of really stylistic kits. I personally want to kit mine out later with lower handlebars and really lean heavy into the cafe racer look!

I want you guys to do a video on the accessories to the bikes. I’ve never seen anyone with the sissy bar on the motor goat and I would like to see how someone can mount the bike with it on because the motor goat doesn’t look like it has enough room unless you have good joints and are heavily into yoga. You guys have the best customer service ive seen so far and I can’t wait to see what you guys have in store for the future.

Have you contacted the company? What’s your order #? I’m #2428 I’ve maintained a constant communication with them and them with myself.

Awesome Video Bryan, well done. Maybe in the next episode you can cover the Power Goat history, changes, specs, performance etc. I was under the impression the Billy Goat and Power Goat were more alike with their 20Ah batteries and the Motor Goat was the standout with its 25Ah battery.

It's nice to have the review videos, but even better to hear from the company themselves about their products. I never knew the difference between the motor goat and the billy goat. Other than the frame differences. Didn't know one was more designed more for off-road and the other for City riding. I think your customers want to know more about your products directly from you. I think that was one of the things that scared me the most even though I made the purchase, not knowing who I was really buying from. Great job!

I just received my goat power bike v3, and all I can say is WOW!!! I’m 6,4 270 pounds and I can go about 43-44 mph. This bike is truly amazing , powerful and yes it looks sexy as hell ! Thanks Goat for bringing us a truly amazing E-bike

Awesome stuff! But where is the Power Goat? I'm waiting on mine now. Current shipping updates would go a long way with your base. If you could make some tutorial videos for repairs that would be so helpful, it would also cut down on people contacting you. Super73 does a great job of it. How to remove back wheel? Front wheel? How to change the controller if needed......I've ridden bikes my whole life, and I used every one when doing a rear flat or anything else. It's not always easy to know which nut or bolt to remove....the 73's are like that. Really looking forward to getting mine to ride soon. Great job, thanks for the video! Jim R.

I want to see a slew of videos that walk customers thru all the different aspects of the bikes. Example, How to exactly upgrade the app & bike’s software. How to bleed & adjust the brakes. How to / explain the bike settings. How to adjust suspension front/rear. Etc… This will free up time from customer support team to actually take care of failures, shipping damage, etc… Thanks 🍻 P.S. Ordered 2 billy goats in the first week of January (I’m in the uk) was meant to be delivered in March, then April, then May, 1 finally came 3 days ago, no word on the other one (even though I ordered them at the same time on 1 order)

I got a motor goat v3 and my bike came with a 550 lb spring instead of a 450 lb spring which was listed in the bike subscription. It is just way too stiff. It’s my only complaint and I am really happy with my bike.

Hey brother. Been trying to get ahold of a human to ask a question. Im looking at using one if the new goat replacement seats on a custom build but i cant get anyone to give me the dimensions or a pic of the bottom of the seat. Hey! The 50MPH top speed is based on a 125lbs rider on the motor goat. As you know, the heavier the rider, the slower the top speed will be. I believe there was a 50MPH top speed video posted on the Facebook group by someone in the community.
