Episode 10: "Remembering a Ru"

In memory of the co-founder of Dr. Carnivean's Diabolical Picture box, the dog who's camera readiness made my theatre degree look worthless, a better example of a decent human being than most humans I've come across, and my best friend. It's only been a day and I miss you so bad. Thank you for everything you brought to my life. Without you I probably wouldn't even still be walking around on this floating shitball, but promise I'm gonna do my best to keep on plugging in your honor. I'll never forget you.
Because it exactly sums up my feelings I felt obligated to put the line from Wrath of Khan in there somewhere, but for obvious reasons I didn't want to break up my heartfelt feelings with campy humor, so here it is at the end:

Ru was definitely more than a good doggy, he was your companion and your most faithful friend... words won't ever be enough to describe the love our furry friends offer us without asking anything in return...I'm so sorry J for your loss and I know the memories and the love that Ru shared with you will always remain present in your heart ❤️

What I got from that video is that the only things Rufus did in his life is sleep (in hilarious positions), play with toys and be his daddy's best friend. I can't think of anything better. You gave him a great, great life. Keep all those happy memories close during this difficult time.

O man that was an awesome tribute to Rufus. As a dog person that was hard to watch but I love it. Really really beautiful man. I wish I would have met him.

Great video! I never met Rufus, but from all that I have seen and heard, he was certainly the poster pup for "man's best friend." Sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry to hear this my friend. I know your pain all to well as we had to say goodbye to Ryder on 11/6/2016. It's crazy to think it was the very next day. Even now I am tearing up thinking about him. All the places I expect to see him, all the routines we had. I'm sure you are in that very same boat. Seeing this awesome tribute shows how much you care for him and I know he had an amazing life with you. We all have to say goodbye at some point, so let me say it now with your friend, goodbye Rufus, you will be missed.
