Thokozani, one day please address the issue of modern day sangomas not understanding the importance of helping the client. Especially in this day and age where we are trying to rebuild the Sangoma reputation. Most “modern” sangomas lack professionalism and are chasing fame at the expense of spiritually sick people . A patient with serious spiritual problems, highlighted from their own reading has to follow up on what they said they will do. There is a major disconnect between purpose and making money.

⁠@@munchiesandthoughts9222the only thing she was discussing with her twasas is e oncoming party instead of concentrating on me, not only that, the Twasas who had set the hlola area had to shot (take pic of the setup) before i sat down, like what the hell. To add to that, she started teaching them how to read bones dng it on me, like am a sample of their lessons. After that she went for sunbath outside while e interns prepare herbs for me. Haiboooo haaa these modern sangomas haaai its not a make sure and these with twasas ol they do is give instructions to twasas while she is on social media scrolling her phone 🙄. During the whole time you could hear them discuss about the upcoming Durban trip and party. Its all because for collecting hlola money and nothing more. Come a time for a follow up.. she is not available, phone now being answered by the interns non stop. Mnxii dhoti

Chef on the other episode you said we must ask questions nhe and you'll have a panel answering them. On that panel please please touch on professionalism by Sangomas, the 'modern' ones. Especially how some of us pay them for consultations and they never honour them. Even when you run after them (which shouldn't be the case) they never honour the consultations. I'm talking from experience and that healer was actually on the show, you interviewed them. It's so disheartening and makes you wonder whether some of them are even real healers. Because just like a Dr, and they say they are, there should be a system and if someone paid you their money, you have to do your work. How do you enjoy someone's money without ever helping them? Please Chef, can we talk about this.
