I remember fondly the the local Garden State News in our town that had rows and rows of wire racks containing paperback books. In publishing, also known as pocketbooks. The last movie novelization I purchased was for GREASE, which I still have!

I have a couple of the Beatles books. I think I found them at an old used book store many years ago. They were relatively inexpensive. You have a nice collection Paul. Love the Happy Days books! They go nice with your Fonzie bobble head! Cheers! Matt 🎸🎶🤠🍻🐶

@@UnclePaulsBeatlesPopPlayhouse There's actually several more Monkees paperback books from around that time too ;) The Sgt Pepper movie novelization is actually new to me as of this vid, so thank you for bringing that to my attention! Already on Ebay hunting one down ;) Pretty much all the rest of the Beatles ones (and of course, Monkees lol) ones, I've got though. Do you happen to have any other pop culture novelizations from around that era, like of popular movies? I know they exist since I've got a little collection going myself -- I find them fascinating, especially since they so often differ from the film! Edited to add: You need to get a copy of The Magic Christian in there -- there's a novelization of that too! ;)
@UnclePaulsBeatlesPopPlayhouse17 күн бұрын
@BeatleBabe didn't know about the magic Christian novelization..wow...I'll send you the sgt. Pepper to you, have extras...as for others yes packed away in the playhouse!

I have many similar Beatles related books in paperback and hardcover. I was 12 in 1964 and have a fairly large collection. I am looking to downsize and sell some of them in my older age.. Need some advice to do this. I m located near Philadelphia. From Virginia

@virginiawebb3100 hi Virginia 👋 thank you so much for watching 👀 as for your collection might be best to sell entirely tho they are still very affordable to collectors.

You and I can have a nice debate about Yoko. She might have been an artist, but I dare you to say she was a good singer. 😬
