He wanted more playing time like Henderson, which wasn't assured. He got a lot of matches at Leverkusen last season, and this season, he is their go-to man. If he was at United, he wouldn't get the number of matches he is getting.

Dalot is one of the few players at United good in the first phase buildup. Better than some of the midfielders at that. Very useless in the attacking/final phase though. He has to be sold eventually since Amorim demands entirely different traits from full/wing backs
