Hi Kay, I love your niece’s sweater that pattern is so nice, Eric’s sock is coming along too, I can’t do anything in the car except look ahead out of the window, I’m trying to get my projects down to a manageable amount instead of projects piled up to the ceiling, and unless I knit faster my yarn drawers are going to explode, two more hanks of loveliness arrived today with one more arriving tomorrow,and don’t even mention next week, I need to clone myself 😂😂, congrats to Donna, have a great rest of the week and happy knitting.

So fun to have matching sweaters with a doll. I did that one year for Julia too, I think she was 5 then :D still has the doll and the matching sweaters, even though she outgrew hers. I've made a few ANKERS it's a great patten but the neck can be very stretchy ( she mentions putting elastic in it ) I also like the effect the increases make on the reverse side - I'm thinking of doing it in reverse so I will have reverse stocking stitch in body

Kay, after finding you in my recommended youtube list and watching a few videos, the KZbin algorithm started sending sock after sock after sock video my way... hint, hint, hint. I haven't made socks in over 10 years, and wasn't going to join your KAL or summer camp cabins, however, with the bombardment of sock videos, I picked up yarn, searched cast-ons and heels, and in just 2 days have managed to almost complete a pair of socks. I did 2 up, starting from the outside of a ball for 1 sock and inside of the same ball for the 2nd sock. So when I'm done later tonite, I will be DONE! Now, how do I join your competition? where do I fit? The socks are 2 at a time, toe up with a fleegle heel. My son said they look wide, but I made them to measure from my foot (little or no ease), so when I got to the leg, I started my version of a twisted rib. (I use twisted rib on Barbie and 18" doll clothes to reduce the "clunky" look) Again, where do my socks fit in your KAL and how do I get signed in?

Hey! The KAL is on Ravelry, links are below the video. As far as what cabin. It goes by the method you used to knit your socks. There are 4 different cabins to choose from. It doesn’t go by toe up, cuff down.. it’s the method of working in the round. So magic loop, DPNs.. etc.

@@CrazySockLady I did taat on 2 circulars. Been a member on ravelry over12 yrs, but only used it to purchase patterns n put them in my library. Had to fool around a bit to find your forum cabin threads n upload a poor picture. But the important part - I finished a pair!

Since socks are listed under accessories on Ravelry, do they count for second entries this quarter as well, or do they not since socks was the theme for quarter one?

Anything under the accessory tab on Ravelry counts as an accessory. So you would get an extra entry for anything under that tab.
