Episode 11 ft Sheila Mwanyigha: When life feels like you keep circling back with no growth

Last month I had the honour of sitting down with media personality, Sheila Mwanyigha, and we had a very interesting and enlightening discussion. We delved into the term circling back, and what it means when we see it in our lives. In corporate culture circling back is not always a positive word and in fact does not fill one with warm feelings but dread and anxiety. However , there are those who argue that circling back is good for you, that it helps one to not only remember where they originally started from, but also provides an opportunty for growth and to fix past mistakes.
So is circling back a bad thing or is it a good thing ?

Sheila, there is no doubt that you are the most amazing and trend woman that has graced kenyan media for years with passion, love, and consistency. I sincerely and honestly affirm you. Great role model for our young media professionals and those who purpose to get someone to look up to. What I mostly remember you for is when you responded in respect of your awesome parents for not using a language that doesn't resonate with African moral standards.
