that didn't explain in any way how to avoid the act of sucking in water!

By applying the stretch as you breathe you avoid dropping the lead arm and thus reduce the risk of sucking in water. Apologies if this wasn’t clear enough.

i could not tell when he took in a breath...maybe he should count the strokes and then the stretch/breath and yes... it does not address the topic of how to take the breath....my issue is that I take in water which is very annoying.
