Do NOT rush to do this Corporate Transparency or BOI reporting filing. Like Cary said applicable businesses have until end of 2024 to file. There are going to be a HUGE number of websites, SEO content telling you to file right away and to pay their company hundreds of dollars to file on your behalf. Don't fall for the scare tactics. Filing methods and procedures may change during the year, especially for very small businesses like most of us resellers. I am a CPA and reseller and will be following this through out the year so I'll try to keep the Trash to Cash group up do date on REAL info on this.

I love the superhero question: I have to add my two cents. Dave is clearly the Flash, I know DC not marvel. He is funny, and always moving a mile a minute. Cary is my boy Gambit, a character everyone loves but not entirely sure why. Plus what does Gambit use as a weapon, CARDS. Gambit is also nomadic, as is Cary with all of his trips cross country in the car. Lastly Kevin is the vulture. A business orientated villain, who although very old, makes himself look very young, and is quite megalomaniacal. Love all three of you, I am a college professor and always have you on in my office when prepping for the day.

I watched you ,Dave on this segment with a smile on my face because I so identify with your adhd issues. I am 75 and I did not know there was a name for my "condition" until I started watching youtube and noticed how very much Dave is like me. So I can tell you this, the struggle is real and it will always be there. You are so smart to get a handle on it now. Knowing what it is is 1/2 of the battle. The other half is dealing with it. One of the things that was mentioned is to have a routine and stick to it. You have a very supportive family so they can help you (remind you to stick to it). That is so hard, I know, because the compulsion to do something else is soooo strong. (i.e. Once when I was in college studying for exams, I had an idea for a table I wanted to make with mirrors. I stopped all my studying and did everything I needed to do to finish the table.) That is just one example of the many, many times I have let my compulsion to deviate from task at hand take over. Being a new reseller myself, it can be especially daunting so I am following my own advice and trying to stick to a routine. You GOT THIS my friend. I don't think you realize how many people you help by talking about your struggles and by being transparant about it. I find it hard to fathom that you have a lot of haters. What you do makes sense to you and works for you so "fluff off" the haters! I just wanted you to know that there is at least one person who does not hate you! CyndeeCollinsDesigns

Dave instead of using a calendar and trying to schedule days at a time, how about a daily to do list. Sit down in the morning, take a deep breath, and decide what needs to be done that day and how much time you want to spend on it . If something comes up and you need to change your plans, again calmly sit and rewrite to do list accordingly.

I had a Where's the Beef tee. Yeah I have a mess and it's been that way since my son came in for Christmas, I haven't been productive. Add the holiday I haven't listed a new item in a week I think, but sell similar is working well. ASP 37.95 year is 39.43. 2022 49.96 (started in May) I don't bother with post-holiday until it gets to 50% off, unless it's sweets. lol.

The ASP eBay gives us is skewed because they include the shipping costs and all the other fees eBay collects. If you want your true ASP you'd have to use the Net Sales amount and divide that by the number of items sold. If you're shipping heavy items or things that cost a lot to ship it's going to make your ASP higher but it's not accurate.
