A very powerful and practical reminder to always use, exercise and strengthen our own reason and conscience by examining and testing the full integrated evidence for ourselves in order to be fully persuaded in our own minds rather than surrender our judgment to the proclamation of others, even if they are in positions of authority. An excellent discussion as always.

In my church, when i presented my problems, they have no second thoughts but to tell me that they are busy before i can ask them for help. it is comforting to hear that there are still compassionate church attendees who are willing to help their neighbours. on the other hand, I grew tougher that I wont ask those hypocrites but to turn directly to Jesus.

Thank you for this much needed discussion. It was freeing to hear how churches can manipulate and control others even though they may have good intentions. "Love always protects, always heals, always restores, builds up, trusts, hopes, and perseveres. 8 Love originates in God and therefore will never stop and never fail"... That was a really great discussion! I appreciated everyone's insights. As someone who has struggled with setting healthy boundaries in caregiving with loved ones, this discussion was a good reminder that giving beyond a certain point is not the loving thing to do, as it enables the loved one to not grow.

How can you have a relationship with someone you can't see ?

Hmm, I wouldn't say that perse. I have conversations with God all the time through seeing Him in His revelations in nature, Scripture, and speaking to Him in prayer. He communicated through various channels to know He is near.

Medications help by altering, by blocking or adding. If a caffeine pill were prescribed by the Dr would it then be ok? I would argue that tea (God made) is far better than any medication (man made). I'm not saying medications are all bad, I'm saying it seems ridiculous to be ok with meds and judgemental over caffeine.

How do you determine capability? By the autistic's best day with angelpowered blessings, double it and form a belief? Of is it, "if you actually give your life to Jesus, he will supply a new allistic nature then, you will magically aquire all herd accesses and be allowed into the hive-mind? Or maybe the everyone who can do X, can also do Y? Consistently, (thyself plus 10% is minimum....) Or, 'no matter how much sensory assault you endure, that license means you are perfectly capable' of safe Z performance? Or "mold hasn't affected me so you are hysterical, stupid, insane, lazy, confabulating or...." Any other possibilities i manage to experience in seven decades would be blocked by tu.be bots, thus, incomplete but accurate as far as surviving christians has gone for me. Oh wait! You have pharmakia for that?
