Tanya your comment moved me. I am in a very similar place as well. I rarely look at the comments but I'm glad I did. I know God is here for me but I desperately want to go home like you said. This world can seem like way way way to much. And I wanted to share with you a verse that has helped me at my lowest. It says in Psalm 46:10 "be still and know that I am God". When everything seems out of control and the world is in utter chaos, what that verse says calms my spirit. Sometimes I have to meditate on it for a bit but in the end it is true. I will keep you in my prayers tonight and I pray that you will find some peace and rest in the tent of the Lord Almighty. Also don't forget to pray all of you worries and fears to Him. He hears them all even when sometimes it doesn't feel like it. Praying for you sister.

Wow. Thank you for this. I’ve been dealing with a lot recently, physically, mentally, spiritually. I’m only 17 years old but I’ve dedicated myself to Christ and doing his work, but like you said, no matter how you love Jesus, no matter how much you work in church or serve, your mental health will not heal immediately. I’ve dealt with a history, or depression, addictive tendencies, self harm, anxiety, rejection mindset, perfectionism, and with my personal identity since I was 10 years old, and it’s nothing I did too my self, that’s just the way I grew up thinking, I grew up in Church, but we weren’t taught about mental health, so when I was pushed out into the secular world and public schooling, I crashed. I started homeschool 2 years ago, and I’m out of the toxicity of the world, which has DRASTICALLY improved my mental health, and drawn me closer to God, but I STILL struggle with slowing down and reconnecting my mind to God because of how my brain has been wired all these years, but I have been making an attempt to heal myself, and I can really see God working in my life the more I take time to be in His presence. With all that being said I’ve also noticed that God works even my worst situations out for the better of our relationship, for example, just recently I tore my ACL in my knee playing volleyball, which was absolutely devastating because it was my last year of volleyball and I was really looking forward to an amazing year with my team, but God had other plans, he definitely knew I wasn’t as focused on Him as I should’ve been, so he allowed this to happen to me so that I could PHYSICALLY slow down and take time to read his word and talk to him, so that I wouldn’t have any social distractions or be so busy like usual, because when im overly busy I usually use that as a cover up to not have to heal, because I know progress is sometimes uncomfortable and my flesh wants so badly to avoid it. But even with all of this happening, I’m so grateful for this message and I’m so excited for this series because it is JUST what I need right at this very moment!!! God bless you pastor, you are doing an incredible job and truly speaking to peoples hearts, I can see Jesus working through you, thank you so much for this message.

I love God and realise now that He has been providing me with information and knowledge to settle this matter.. I am learning how He has created our brain & minds and how we are supposed to take care of it.. I now understand the impact trauma has, even physically. Thank you Lord for showing me and putting my guilt and shame to bed. I do believe in You and I do love You🙏

In the bible we notice that David and Elijah as an examples suffered forms of mental health. When digging deeper I realised it was because their focus was on their current situation. The prophet Elijah, because Jezebel had threatened to kill him and king David because the women and children from his camp had been kidnapped. Fear 😨 came upon them! 1 Samuel chapter 30- READ the WHOLE chapter. Verse 6 states: And David was greatly DISTRESSED; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: *BUT David encouraged himself in the Lord his God* This is why it is so important to know the word of God! And Meditate on it! Meaning to speak it out and to accept it as the truth and settle/ focus your thoughts based on the truth of God's word. That is how you use the sword of the spirit mention in EPHESIANS 6- READ the whole chapter, then read the whole book of Ephesians, 1 or 2 chapters a day. Elijah said 'It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.'~ 1 Kings 19 verse 4 God has NOT given us a spirit of fear, but of power🔋 and of love ❤and of a *sound mind* 2 Timothy 1:7 You (GOD) will keep him in perfect peace, Whose MIND (focus) is stayed on You, Because he TRUSTS in You. ~Isaiah 26:3 In 1 King 19 ( read chapter 18 and 19), you will see God allowed Elijah to rest 40 days and night. Some times we need to REST from our busy day to day, especially those things or people that cause us to be stressed out fearful. As Derek Prince stated he would recommend a prescription of taking a dose of the Holy Bible Scriptures 3 times a day with prayer.

Thank you so much for your message. It gives me hope that people with mental illness may be loved and understood. For far far too long people with mental and emotional struggles have been treated as if they didn't love God or didn't love him enuf. I am a Christian, i Love God more than any other person or thing. And i struggle sometime with anxiety. God gets me through it. He helps me and he loves me. Im Gods Child. And like all children theres a few skinned knees along the way. I am attending Life Church tomorrow in Shawnee Oklahoma to see the second message of this series. Can't wait. 💕

I feel anxiety for almost 3 months now, i still can do everything but it is like big pain in my life because of my financial crisis, i have no debt now, but if the crisis still continue, i need bank loan to fix the situation. Deep inside in my heart i don’t want that to happen. I asked God to bless my business and faithfully tithe every week… nothing happened I asked God to help me to sell my apartment to cover my financial problem… nothing happened I have property but it’s hard to sell it immediately, and have a little cash I am so depressed. I am so afraid it will affect my overall health. Since i have financial crisis, almost everyday i got dream when i sleep and i always wrote the dream journal. But i have no knowledge to understand the meaning of the dream. I know sometime He can talk to us through dream, but how to interpret those dreams. I need God, and i won’t give up until He help me to fix my situation. Please pray for me. I wish there is someone can help me and huge me to comfort my problem.

I’ve been told by a Christian guy with the spirit of religion. He talked at me, from a silent pedestal, talking like he was so far above others, that I was called to separate the friendship. I instantly felt better! I never needed a boy to make me feel bad about anything let alone my TBI disability and PTSD like it’s all in my head literally.
