For my vehicles, my Jeeps, every time I install any bolt (old or new), I use a good coating of anti-seize on the threads. Torque bolts are quite different as those usually have a coating of blue loctite on them. I still would dab some antiseize on the end just to get the starter threads coated. The loctite doesn't need to be more than 2-3 threads anyways.

Not a bad idea. We've debated doing this and after going back and forth decided it wasn't worth our time.

I prefer a cordless impact wrench over an Air impact.

Its more convenient but unless you're spending 1000s you won't find a battery impact that comes close to the air impacts torque
