Nice video! What size turn signals do these fenders take? I ordered some that i think are going to be too small.

Do you do the same thing with a 2008 wrangler? Take everything apart just the same? My lights have went out in the middle too.That four wheel drive doesn't look easy to remove.

I am soooo happy that you got it figured out and it worked for you. I can't believe that this was posted 4 years ago and I'm just now finding it after all of my online searching for information related to my 2011 Ram 1500. It's because I never searched for anything ASD related and the reason for that is that I have been searching for throttle position sensor and camshaft position sensor related information. As you well know all of those things are linked together. I'm getting a code for the throttle position sensor and my scan tool says that it's unable to close. I'm thinking that has to be due to a faulty connection somewhere or I just have a bad throttle body. My problem started on Monday morning exactly 7 weeks ago and what happened was I drove a couple of miles and while I was driving the battery light came on and stayed on pretty much the whole time until I parked. I immediately tried to start My truck after I shut it off to see how much voltage the battery had left. Well being as the radio and interior lights wouldn't even come on I figured the voltage must have been pretty low, but I wasn't expecting to see zeros on my multimeter when I checked the battery. Next I checked the alternator for a continuity and I got about 450 millivolts which according to the information online means the alternator is good. I tried to jump the truck off later that day and the negative battery terminal and cable started getting hot so I abandoned that idea and got it towed home. I charged the battery for 24 hours and reconnected the cables. Within a minute of reconnecting the cables the alternator got so hot that it literally melted the manufacturers label and the casing turned black. And here I am 7 weeks later still not able to start my truck. I am removing the TIPM right now to check that ground wire. Thank you so much for a well-planned and informative video. I appreciate you so so much! Also, you two are the cutest couple and I hope you stay together forever!!!

Man you don’t need to remove any cover just get the headlight key out of the boot and insert it in the little hole next to head light and turn it. The entire headlight will pop out

My wife rarely drives my 2015 JK Sahara. She mentioned to me after driving it the other night (her BMW X3 was in the shop) that she could not see the gear shift location. I went to KZbin, found your post and it was great. Will pick a new bulb this week. I hope you read my post as I have 2 questions 1. The led bulb description number. 2. Tell me how I can order your replacement solid door storage unit to replace the saggy fishnet oem units.

Save yourself trouble, install the tank empty. Siphon the fuel into a gas can and fill after the tank is fully in place.

Hey man Good video. For future wire repairs, I would use solder heat shrink connectors. They are water proof and better than crimp connectors. I work at a dealerership and its the official Mercedes way of doing wire repairs.

I'm curious why you don't replace the bushings in the front upper control arm mounts on the axle? The Metal Cloak crossover steering arms would have been the icing on the cake with this project.
@offroad1911Ай бұрын
One thing you might have considered is to replace the bushings in the front upper control arm mounts. Those old bushings were probably just as bad as the bushings in your old control arms.
