With the miles you've gotten on the seal replacement and no other diff related problems well, I'd call that a win. Going to install the pinion seal on my '99 WJ this weekend. Original seal started leaking this summer at 275,000 miles. I'm hoping this one lasts just as long. lol

You guys should be embarrassed publicly posting this video. The shock bushings are completely wrong. Rubber is supposed to sandwich the mount, not be underneath it. Remote reservoir will contact the axle during full flex the way you have it hanging down. Also old shocks were not blown. Thats normal behavior for it to rise slow and steady after you compress it. And for adjusting the steering, you ALWAYS do it with tires on and vehicle on the ground. Maybe learn a bit more about correctly installing parts before you post a video "showing" people how to do it.

To the both of you I really really appreciate the video. Though I could not get that damn fan clutch nut off with any of the methods that yall mentioned. I in the end had to go back to oreillys multiple times and ended up getting the "fan clutch removal tool". The rest of the work was easy, that stupid fan took forever to take off. . .

That's the issue with after market tops they just don't fit very well.. I guess it's no big deal to install those pieces everytime to put on soft top but the factory doesn't have that issue. Plus for the amount u prob spent on that I don't know how long those from self taps will last taking top on and off

Hi. How did you fix the Auto shut down

I’ve disconnected everything but the front contol arms and front driveshaft. For some reason my drivers side doesnt drop to the floor like the passenger side does. Ive noticed in this video it appears your front drive shaft was still connected when you lowered the front differential to remove the coil springs. My passenger side spring was easy to get out like yours was. The drivers side isn’t coming out without using a spring compressor and taking at least 3-4 inches out of it and still stand or push down the diff to remove the spring probably. Any idea why my drivers side isnt dropping evenly with the passenger side of the differential?

It blows my mind these dodges have such garbage wiring.. I never had known anyone with chevy or ford see any problems like this.. The grounds all need to be checked on these dodges as well. Ill never own jeep or dodge again.. If you want to learn auto mechanics just buy a jeep.. Because after the first few problems that nearly bankrupt you, you will be almost forced under the hood to save thousands on mech shops

I don’t know about fuel mileage improvements but my air conditioner is colder now that I installed a hood solar panel 35 watt system connected to the main starter battery on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. I went with Len sun solar system for my solar system it has Bluetooth solar charger and adjustable voltages via the app on my iPhone.

I put Turbo on my yj. It drives like normal until i put my foot in it. The 4cyl seems to be fine with a little boost. It's most helpful on the interstate.
