the OraMorph really does help but try and take less and less each time ! Keeping track of all the pain meds and what you took and when you took it is important to keep on top of pain relief. When I had my motorbike accident and due to my back and ribs being broken it was really difficult to get a comfortable position and without the meds to help relieve the pain I wouldnt have had much sleep, I more or less slept upright for the few few weeks before I got the meds right. It will feel like its just never ending but eventually this time will pass and normal life will begin to return :) Good luck Frank and thanks for the updates

Thanks Bob and yes, not going to be relying on the oramorph… got a pill dispenser on the way and gradually sorting out other things. It’s just a huge change going from a full supported NHS ward to doing it all yourself!
