Western countries have their own Voice shows and I have yet to see any of the hosts wearing African gear....I look at voice shows from around the world and they all wear their their traditional wear ...it is only Africans I see discard their traditional wear all together for Western wear ..but I believe that African clothing is beautiful... especially Nigerian traditional clothing

I don't know how Falz does it, tbh. He crack a lot of jokes but the way he switches into seriousness is just amazing. He just makes his team know that he has so much confidence in them. He literally pumps them up. Who noticed how he makes Naomi Mac feel like a star already? When he is talking to Tamara, he let's her know that she is super talented and Dapo too. I love all the coaches but I respect Falz. He plays with them, they don't feel like they have to impress his during the rehearsals.
