It's ignorant to say verbatim that she had "zero" knowledge. She clearly knows a lot and is very well read. I mean, come on, she can read the ancient language. I would agree, however, that Robin's knowledge is limited and merely an accumulation of text and hearsay. This is hinted at in the recent episode, by her reaction when Vegapunk refers to Luffy as "a god". She says something along the lines of "Is THIS what a god looks like?" Hinting that maybe somewhere she read about the gods, or even A god, but couldn't imagine Nika's presence, appearance, or abilities based on what she read/heard.

Jinbei knows about nika, that is why whos who was grilling him. Jinbei confirmed knows nika which could mean nika saved the fishman before and thats why they are the sun pirates. BTW jinbei in the chapter 1069, says "think about what you represent now, you're going to cause an incident". When I first read this i assumed Jinbei was talking about his yonkou status but maybe that was the confirmation jinbei recognized luffy's nika form.
